University After-Hours Clinic-Northshore provides after-hours medical services to established and new patients over the age of 2 in the Knoxville area. Our clinics specialize in after-hours medical care for illnesses and injuries that require medical attention but are not life-threatening. Patients are cared for by either a physician or an experienced nurse practitioner. We are open 7 days a week and no appointment is necessary. The walk-in clinic will treat a variety of common ailments including cold, flu, strains, scrapes and sprains, earaches, headaches and vomiting.
